Welcome to Finding Balance! I'm Robin Naglieri; a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a diverse background in the mental health field. I understand the delicate balance of managing the many roles you may have in life- partner, parent, sibling, caregiver- and am here to support you on your therapeutic journey. I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from UConn and am independently licensed to practice clinical social work in CT, MA, MD, FL, NC, and TX.
I specialize in working with pregnant and postpartum women, young families, and families with babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. In addition, I have experience treating adults struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, fertility, and couples/relational issues. I'm also experienced in supervising MSW students, licensure candidates, and new professionals.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Connecticut, dedicated to providing compassionate and effective support to individuals navigating life’s challenges. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from New York University and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University in Manhattan.
Throughout my career, I have worked with clients of all ages, addressing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting struggles, career obstacles, ADHD, behavioral issues, and eating disorders. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals who have endured physical trauma or emotional abuse, helping them manage and overcome symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
I integrate evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the evolving needs of my clients. My goal is to provide personalized, empowering, and effective support as you navigate your journey toward healing and personal growth.
