Kelley Biskupiak has spent more than fifteen years working at the intersection of personal growth and career development, helping women get clear in the chaos and build lives that actually reflect who they are. She founded Be You Bravely, her private coaching and consulting practice, out of a deeply personal conviction: that purpose is not something you find. It is something you build, intentionally and bravely.
Her work creates space for women to reconnect with their values, reclaim their strengths, and design the next chapter of their lives with clarity and intention. Kelley's own path has included seasons of growth, pause, reinvention, and return. She began her career in education, stepped away to raise her family, and rebuilt her professional life with greater clarity and purpose. That lived experience shapes how she shows up for every woman she works with.
She is also the co-founder of Prepare to Launch U, a career relaunch platform serving women across the full work-life continuum, with programs and partnerships that have helped hundreds of women return to the workforce with confidence and strategy.
Kelley is a mother of four, an entrepreneur, coach, facilitator, speaker, and author. She understands ambition alongside caregiving, growth alongside uncertainty, and reinvention alongside responsibility. She does not just teach this work. She lives it.

What: A virtual coaching group for up to 8 women designed to help you reconnect with your values, prioritize your needs, and build practical skills for setting boundaries, navigating difficult conversations, and making confident financial decisions.
