About
Hi, I’m Robin — and I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed in the postpartum period, struggling in your relationship, or questioning how to parent through the chaos and exhaustion, you're not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. At Finding Balance, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can breathe, be seen, and begin to feel like you again.
I’m a mom, a wife, and a small business owner — and I get what it means to juggle all the roles life throws at you. Some days, it feels like you’re managing everything... and other days, like you’re losing pieces of yourself in the process. That constant pressure to show up for everyone — your partner, your kids, your family — while trying to stay connected to who you are can be overwhelming. I see you, and I’m here to help you reconnect, heal, and find your footing again. My clinical work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the emotional complexities that come with parenting, partnership, and life transitions.
With a Master’s in Social Work from UConn and independent licensure in CT, MA, MD, FL, NC, and TX, I bring both clinical expertise and a heartfelt passion for walking alongside women and families during life’s most tender transitions.

Hi, I’m Chloe, and I’m here to support you through whatever life has brought to your doorstep.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, parenting stress, or just feeling overwhelmed by life’s daily demands, therapy can be a powerful place to pause, reflect, and heal. I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can untangle what’s been weighing on you and start building the life and relationships you want.
I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges — including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting concerns, life transitions, career stress, ADHD, behavioral patterns, and disordered eating. My approach is collaborative and personalized; I believe therapy works best when it’s tailored to you, your experiences, and your goals.
I draw on evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Connecticut. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from New York University and my Master of Social Work from Columbia University.

Hi, I'm Amy- helping you feel seen, supported, and ready to move forward
If you're feeling overwhelmed — whether from anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, or just trying to keep up with everything life throws at you — you’re not alone. At Finding Balance, I offer a supportive, grounded space where you can sort through the chaos, reconnect with yourself, and begin to feel more in control again.
With over 15 years of experience in a wide range of settings — from hospitals and schools to community organizations — I bring a calm, compassionate, and practical approach to therapy. I’ve supported children, teens, individuals, couples, and families through challenges like mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, stress management, self harm, peer pressure, parent/child relationship strain, anger management, abuse, postpartum/pregnancy, and major life changes. No matter what brings you in, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped to move forward.
I draw from a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and psycho-education, and I always bring a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive lens to my work. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and grounded in real-life tools — we’ll work together to identify what’s getting in the way and create space for growth, clarity, and healing.
Whether you're navigating a difficult season or just need someone to talk things through with, I’m here to help you find your footing again.
