Finding Balance is Growing
Finding Balance is seeking independently licensed clinicians interested in providing telehealth services within a private practice environment!
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who is clinically strong, dependable, communicative, and genuinely interested in building a consistent caseload. Our clinicians have a high level of flexibility and autonomy, while still being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
This is a great fit for a therapist who enjoys the independence of private practice but would rather not manage all of the billing, marketing, referrals, and administrative work that comes with doing it alone.
You’re a Great Fit If You Are:
Independently Licensed: You hold an active independent clinical license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or LMHC.
Reliable & Communicative: You follow through on commitments, respond to practice communication in a timely manner, and communicate proactively when something comes up.
Organized & Independent: You’re comfortable managing your own schedule, documentation, and caseload while staying on top of the responsibilities that come with being part of a group practice.
Clinically Strong: You’re confident working independently with your clients and know when to seek consultation or additional support.
Interested in Perinatal Mental Health: You have experience or a genuine interest in supporting clients through family planning, pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, parenting, and related life transitions.
Team-Minded: You value autonomy but also enjoy being connected to other clinicians for collaboration, consultation, and support.
Committed to Growth: You’re curious, open to feedback, and interested in continuing to grow as a clinician.
You’ll Really Shine If:
You specialize in couples therapy, perinatal mental health, trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship concerns.
You have experience navigating complex clinical cases independently.
You’ve worked in private practice or another setting that required strong time management and self-direction.
You’re interested in developing and maintaining a consistent caseload.
You’re licensed in more than one state or interested in expanding your licensure.

What We Provide:
Fully remote work
Flexible scheduling
Competitive biweekly pay
Consistent marketing and referral support
Billing and claims management
Copay and client payment collection
Client onboarding and administrative support
Professional practice email
Clinical consultation and case support when needed
A collaborative team without unnecessary micromanagement
What We’re Looking For
This position is best suited for a clinician who wants an ongoing role within a growing group practice. You may be building a part-time or full-time caseload, but we’re looking for someone who is invested in the clients they take on and can provide consistency as their caseload grows.
If you’re an independent, reliable therapist who values flexibility but also takes ownership of your work, we’d love to hear from you.
